Terms of Use

The rules for using Sestava and Sestava Pro.

Effective 1 October 2026 · Draft, to be reviewed by a lawyer before publishing

Agreement

These terms are between you and SaaSForge s.r.o., IČO 24476137, with its registered office at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 441757, data box ID 8hbrwph. By using Sestava you agree to them and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where the two differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Sestava on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

Sestava Pro

Sestava Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It unlocks the Pro features described in the app for as long as the app is offered, and you can share it through Family Sharing. Payment, refunds and restores are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Use “Restore Purchase” in the app to unlock Pro on a new device.

Your health

Sestava is a training tool, not a medical device, and it does not give medical advice. Calorie and heart-rate figures are estimates. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are recovering from injury. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Plans from others and generated plans

Plans you import from coaches, websites or other people are their authors’ responsibility, not ours. Plans created with “Describe a workout” are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Check every plan before you train with it.

Third-party services

Apple Health and Apple Watch are provided by their owners under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes that affect them.

Plans you share

If you publish a plan through a Sestava link, you confirm that you have the right to share its content. We may remove shared plans that are unlawful or infringe others’ rights.

Liability

We provide Sestava “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or injuries resulting from training. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Czech and EU law, or our liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Consumer disputes can also be brought to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution.
